Imaging - having all new desktops, laptops, and/or servers pre-loaded with the necessary OS and software to your specified configuration (helps reduce deployment time and cost).

Standard Imaging Service distributes your customized configuration or your original image to all your new systems.

Plus Imaging Service we will create the image to your specifications (OS and software), distribute the image to all your new systems and provide you the image CD(s).

Installation

Your new technology is ready to go, but you don’t have the time or resources to set your new systems up (helps reduce deployment time and cost). Our installation services include unpacking, connecting/installing, and configuring new products to your network.

Warranty

Warranty - is a collection of value-added services that extend, uplift and upgrade standard manufacturers' warranties to ensure on-going performance, minimize risk, reduce downtime to help lower the total cost of ownership (TCO).

Parts Only Warranty provides a basic telephone support to verify defective hardware and shipping address; replacement hardware is shipped to specified address.

Parts & Labor Warranty provides a basic telephone support to verify defective hardware and the location; a technician will be dispatched to replace the defective hardware and install driver(s) if needed or restore your system to a functional state.

  • Need hardware warranty extended?
  • Your new PC only covers a standard warranty of 1 or 3 years, and you need to extend the warranty for additional year(s).
  • Your existing server is still functioning and can be used for additional year(s), but they are out of warranty.
