Our History

Virtucom Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, began in 1995 establishing credentials as a full service technology solutions company, with a focus exclusively serving public sector, primarily K-12 education. Virtucom believes that if we can proactively prevent problems that occur in Local, Wide and Internet networks, schools will be better able to integrate technology into their real business: teaching, learning and managing the education of students. Virtucom strives to be considered a trusted extension of the staff…. partners in the care and extension of the evolving importance of technology assisted curriculum and administrative support services. We are represented prominently in over 1000 institutions throughout the Southeast and are proud of our record of servicing small and large customers alike. Virtucom has been a provider of our computers as well as IBM products on state-level purchasing contracts and for several large customers. Most of the Virtucom leadership and sales team have prior experience working with IBM as IBM employees and provide a strong extended team to IBM, especially with our strong focus on customer satisfaction.
